“Satourday: 6,000 collectors”
with Lea Sante
The objects in the Weltkulturen Museum were collected by over 6,000 individuals and then handed over to the museum. Why, where and how did they “collect” all these things? What do we learn today about the people they belonged to before that?
In the Labor exhibition Ausstellung “Invisible Inventories: Questioning Kenyan Collections in Western Museums” we explore all these questions and discover what this “collecting” is all about.
For children from 6 years old.
